Living with ADHD comes with lots of challenges. We’re working towards creating and funding new services that directly support both individuals and families affected by ADHD.
In the meantime, our professionally-guided online support groups offer a place to learn from others about how to live well with ADHD as an adult, or how to support yourself and your family where one or more children has ADHD.
We charge a small fee for attending these groups to cover our costs. As a social enterprise and registered charity, we don’t work for profit. All of our income is used to cover costs and to invest back into services and activities that help people with ADHD.

Online Support Groups
We offer 2 types of events: one for adults with ADHD, and another for parents of children with ADHD. Each group runs once a month on an evening, and once a month during the day. All of these sessions are held on the Zoom video-conferencing platform. You don’t need to have the Zoom app or a Zoom account to join. Just a suitable device (desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smart phone) with a working camera and mic, and an internet connection.
To join a group you just need to register via our TicketTailor partner site via the booking links below. Once you’ve registered, you’ll be able to access the link that will connect you to the group when it starts.
To join a group, you need to register for a ticket for the date(s) and time(s) you prefer.
